Shipping Policy
1. Shipping Areas
We ship to all locations within Canada and the United States.
2. Processing Time
Orders are processed within 1-2 business days after payment confirmation. Orders are processed Monday through Friday, excluding weekends and statutory holidays. Once your order has been processed and shipped, you will receive a tracking confirmation email.
3. Shipping Methods and Delivery Times
We offer two shipping options:
- Standard Shipping: 3-5 business days
- Expedited Shipping: 2-4 business days
Delivery times are estimated from the date of shipment and do not include processing time. Delivery times are the same for both Canadian and US destinations.
4. Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are calculated based on your order value:
- Orders under $60: Shipping charges apply (calculated at checkout)
- Orders $60 and over: Fres shipping
Shipping rates are the same for both Canadian and US orders.
5. Shipping Carriers
We work with various shipping carriers to ensure reliable delivery of your orders. The specific carrier used for your shipment will be determined based on your location and the most efficient delivery method available.
6. Address Changes
You may change your shipping address before your order has been shipped by contacting us immediately at info@chefpikitchen.com. Once an order has been shipped, we cannot modify the shipping address.
If you provide an incorrect shipping address and the order has already been shipped, you are responsible for any additional shipping costs, delays, or consequences resulting from the address error. We recommend double-checking your shipping information before completing your order.
7. Delivery
No signature is required for delivery. Packages will be left in a secure area at the delivery address. If you are not available to receive your package, the carrier will leave it in a safe location or follow their standard delivery procedures.
8. Lost or Damaged Packages
Chef Pi Kitchen Goods takes responsibility for packages that are lost or damaged during transit. If your package arrives damaged or does not arrive at all, please contact us immediately at info@chefpikitchen.com. We will either provide a full refund or send a replacement product at no additional cost to you.
Please inspect your package upon delivery and report any damage within 48 hours of receipt.
9. Shipping Delays
- Delivery times may be affected by:
- Statutory holidays
- Weather-related delays
- Carrier delays beyond our control
- High shipping volumes during peak seasons
We will notify you of any significant delays when possible. During holiday periods, please allow additional time for processing and delivery.
10. Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number via email. You can use this number to track your package through the carrier's website. If you do not receive tracking information within 2 business days of your order, please contact us.
11. Undeliverable Packages
If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, refusal of delivery, or failure to collect from the carrier, you will be responsible for the original shipping costs. To reship the order, additional shipping charges will apply.
12. International Duties and Taxes
For US shipments, customers may be responsible for any applicable duties, taxes, or customs fees imposed by their local customs authority. These charges are not included in our shipping costs and are the responsibility of the customer.
